Before You Start.......
Buying a bike online is not like buying a CD.
Although we list bikes in our online shop, we strongly recommend that you visit us to discuss sizing and fitment if you are looking to purchase a new machine. Everybody is different and what maybe right for one person is unlikely to work for another! It is important to stress that incorrect bike size and fitting can lead to injury - particularly if the bike is used on a regular basis.
If you think you know which size you need, then at the very least, we suggest that you give us a call or email us before you buy - have your measurements to hand!
Similarly, if you are thinking of buying shoes or clothing please get in touch and we can point you in the right direction regarding sizing!
All bikes, whether bought online or in-store, will undergo a thorough PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) to make sure that everything is tight, safe and working properly. In the case of online sales - your machine will then be re-boxed and packaged before being sent out for delivery.
