We offer a comprehensive range of servicing with 3 standard levels - Silver, Gold and Platinum - and a range of fixed cost options. We also offer a reduced price service for Single Speed, BMX and Children's bikes.

We ask that your bike be with us before 10.30am on the day of service and it will be ready for collection at 4.30pm the same day provided there are no unforeseen issues. Please ensure that your bike is in a clean condition for us to work on - overly dirty bikes may incur an additional cleaning charge. It is sometimes possible to leave your bike with us prior to the repair date - please arrange this at the time of booking.

We will assess your bike when you bring it in and give you an estimate of requirements and costs. Should this change we will contact you to discuss it.

SILVER SERVICE   £35.00

(Not inclusive of parts)

 

Our basic service suitable for newer or little used bikes that do not require a more comprehensive check. Useful before an event or race.

• Visual assessment for major problems
• Brakes checked for correct operation and pad wear
• Gears checked for correct indexing and chain lubricated
• Bolts checked and tightened including crank bolts
• Pedals greased and tightened
• Tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure
• Wipe down frame and visually check for damage, cracks and mis-alignment

This service is available for BMX, Single-Speed and Children's bikes up to 20" wheel for a reduced rate of £20

GOLD SERVICE   £50.00

(Not inclusive of parts)

 

Our most popular service. Recommended for all bikes in regular use with around 6-9 months of use since their last service. Also suitable as an annual service for bikes with moderate use.

• Visual assessment for major problems
• Check all cables and outers for wear or damage - replace if necessary
• Check and tighten headset (not greased or removed) *
• Check the chain, cassette (replace if necessary) chainset, front and rear derailleurs
• Check bottom bracket for signs of wear
• Gears checked for correct indexing and chain lubricated
• Brakes checked for correct operation and pad wear - pads replaced where necessary
• Seat post removed, greased and refitted
• Pedals greased and tightened
• Bolts checked and tightened including crank bolts
• Remove wheels -  check hubs, spoke tension and true-up **
• Tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure
• Wipe down frame and visually check for damage, cracks and mis-alignment 

* Should the headset need re-greasing the charge will be £5. Fitting a new headset will be £15 plus the cost of the new headset

** Should the hubs need servicing an additional charge of £15 per wheel will be added plus the cost of any parts required.

 Optional: We can remove, clean + degrease and re-lube the transmission components for an additional £15

 

PLATINUM SERVICE   £100.00

(Not inclusive of parts)

 

This is the most comprehensive service. The bike is fully stripped down and re-built. Recommended as an annual service for any bike in regular to heavy use.

• Visual assessment for major problems
• Check all cabling and outers for wear or damage - replace where necessary
• Forks removed and headset stripped, re-greased and adjusted
• Remove, degrease, check, re-lubricate and re-fit the chainset, chain, cassette front and rear derailleurs (Chain and cassette replaced where necessary)
• Remove, check, lubricate and re-fit the bottom bracket
• Re-tap the bottom bracket threads and re-face the shell if required
• Gears checked for correct indexing and chain lubricated
• Brakes checked for correct operation and pad wear - pads replaced where necessary
• Seat post removed, lubricated and re-fitted
• Pedals greased and tightened
• Bolts checked and tightened including crank bolts
• Remove the wheels - check spoke tension and true-up
• Strip down, re-grease and adjust both hubs
• Tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure
• Wipe down frame and visually check for damage, cracks and mis-alignment
