".....when I spoke to Dave at DNA on Friday, after a short phone discussion and a couple of simple emails, Dave had checked my measurements against their stock bike, we had done a deal, sorted out my size queries and he had the bike 'prepped' for me to see the next day.  On Saturday we called in after catching the train from Cambridge, saw the bike, which had been tailored to fit and was more than impressed with their business set-up.  They kitted out the machine with the extra essentials needed and we were on our way after a short coffee break across the road.  It was that easy. 
The whole of the staff were more than helpful and extremely polite and enthusiastic. It was real pleasure to do business with them and it made the long journey worthwhile.
I have now had my first ride on the CLX 2.0 and it was set up beautifully - didn't have to touch a thing and the gears were smooth and silky."
